HPANA'S HARRY POTTER AND THE GOBLET OF GOODIES SWEEPSTAKES

Official Rules

1. HOW TO ENTER/PLAY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. HPANA'S HARRY POTTER AND THE GOBLET OF GOODIES SWEEPSTAKES ("Sweepstakes") is an enter-to-win contest promoting the Warner Bros. movie Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Only entries with a valid e-mail address shall be considered. Entrants will submit entries via http://www.hpana.com/contests/gog/, and each entrant may submit only one entry. The contest is sponsored and organized by the Harry Potter Automatic News Aggregator (HPANA). The Sweepstakes will begin Tuesday, November 15 and will conclude at 12:01 a.m. December 1 EST ("Closing Time"). No entries will be accepted after the Closing Time. All winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with all terms and conditions set forth in these Rules.

2. PRIZES: There will be one grand prize winner, who shall receive a package of assorted merchandise, including a Goblet of Fire replica. Other winners shall be determined on number of entrants and availability of merchandise. All federal, state, local or other taxes or duties (including applicable income taxes) incurred, if any, are the winner's/guest's sole responsibility. No prize is transferable or exchangeable, nor can any prize be exchanged for merchandise, cash or credit; an entrant's prize must be accepted in its entirety. All qualified winners must also meet the eligibility requirements as set forth in Paragraph three of these rules. Additional prizes, including hats, shirts, sets of temporary tattoos, and magnets, will be awarded to entries that are randomly selected by a representative of HPANA, whose selections are final and binding in all respects, from all eligible entries, where such eligible entries include all entries that contain the required personally identifying information requested on the entry form and correct responses to the quiz on the entry page.

3. ELIGIBILITY: Individuals must be 13 years or older to be eligible to win. Employees of Warner Brothers and any of its subsidiaries, and members of HPANA's editing team and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Limit: One (1) entry per person, and one (1) entry per screen name or e-mail address. Entries submitted in violation of this limitation are void. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods will void all entries by that entrant. Any one participating in this contest or claiming a prize in this contest in violation of these rules will forfeit his or her prize.

4. RELEASE; CONSENT TO USE LIKENESS AND ADDRESS: Each winner (and the parent and/or guardian of each winner, if said winner is under the age of 18 and not emancipated) may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and where legal, a publicity release, and return same, properly executed, via e-mail within forty-eight (48) hours, or via mail within five (5) days of issuance. Failure to return documents as specified, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, will result in the forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate potential winner will be determined. The winner (a) agrees to release HPANA and Warner Brothers (including their subsidiaries, affiliates, parent or related companies, officers, directors, employees and volunteers) from any and all liability, claims, damages and actions arising directly or indirectly out of or sustained in connection with the awarding or acceptance of the prize(s), and (b) consents to the use by HPANA, for promotional purposes only, of his or her likeness, and/or address (city/state) without any additional compensation. By participating in this contest, each entrant agrees to the application of these official rules. All entry information provided by the entrant will only be used for the purpose of notifying and identifying winners as provided herein, and except as provided herein pursuant to prize winners, such information will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by HPANA.

5. MISCELLANEOUS: Decisions of the sponsors concerning any and all matters with respect to this contest shall be final. The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. The sponsors reserve the right to change these rules, as well as the terms and conditions of this contest, without notice, by posting revised terms and conditions and/or rules here. The sponsors reserve the right to change the prize values at any time, or to substitute prizes of comparable value. Contest void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. HPANA is not responsible for telephone line unavailability, server load issues, internet downtime, technical or atmospheric conditions that disrupt the entrant’s internet access, internet access or system malfunctions, or any other access problems which may or may not result from this contest. If the sponsors determine in their sole discretion that the integrity or fairness of this contest has been corrupted in any manner, the sponsors reserve the right to terminate the contest and to select a winner from among entries legitimately received prior to termination. No private correspondence regarding entries will be entered into with entrants; any questions about entries can be submitted here (registration is not required).
