Professor Lenoir purposely ignored Emily's comment
She took rolecall

"Morfin Slytherin...." she called out
The class looked around apparently Morfin wasn't in class neither was Rafael.

Lenoir nodded briefly and jotted something on the rolecall paper
"Ok, enough chat over there." she said looking at Erika and Thea who were whispering and gossiping about Emily.

Soon the Hufflepuff 7th years filed in Malik, Melody, Alfonso, Demelza and 6 other students came in.
Malik walked over and stood a few feet from the Slytherin section.
This time oddly Melody decided to take place next to him.

Emily ignored erika and thea, and looked at her herbology supplise, she didnt wanted people to see she was thinking about morfin.she wiped her eye and ran her fingers thorugh her hair. When she looked up she caught malik turning quickly away from her.She ignored it. And stared off into space

i watched you all night.. popped in her head
emily went off into a day dream and she didnt really come to untill the professor said

"and thats what we will cover this year in herbology, i suggest you all study hard this year, Dissmissed, May i see the hufflepuff students that came in late please"

Emily went to grab her herbology things to put them in her requirement closet she shared with morfin in the class, when erika purposley bumped into her causing her to dorp everything and break her glass vasechanger.
"Opps sorry" Erika said halfheartedly laughed and walked away

"Reparo" emily said to the vasechanger and picked up her things.

Erika smirked at Emily
"Two can play that game.." she told Thea who agreed with Erika
"Its time someone put her back in her place."

They headed up to the school to DADA.
Emily walked was on the stairs waiting for the stairs to changed
"I heard that she broke underneath the pressure in the TriWizard Tournament!" laughed Erika aloud for Emily to hear

"I don't think I can do it Morfin!" she mimcked Emily

Emily realised she left her wand back in herbology and turned right befor she could hear the last part of what they said about her.

She raced around the corner because she knew she was already going ot be last for DADA and BAM! she colided with Malik.

"Making it a habit of running into me" He said to her

"No, I forgot my wa.."

"Here Porfessor Lenior said this was yours and i was to bring it to you"

Emily snatched th wand from him.

Chris left the Great Hall. He could feel the eyes of several students following as he walked out of the hall. Somehow, his staying in Ravenclaw's office over night had translated into common knowledge. Based on what had just happened, the students were a little suspicious of what he was there for. Chris could just hear their conversations going on behind him. Not that he cared; it was better this way. The only person that he did not want worrying was Amelia. Talking to her would have to wait. She was currently in Herbology and he had a free period.

It was not till after her class that he was able to catch up with her. After wandering around the grounds, he met her at the end of the class outside of the greenhouse. Chris casually went over to her and placed an arm around her shoulders. Amelia shrugged him off and hurried forward.

"I'm sorry, alright," Chris said earnestly.

"Obviously not sorry enough," came the reply. She had not even turned around."

"I can't. Not now," he said, catching back up to her.

"You either tell me what is more important than me or we are done!" she said, loudly, before walking off leaving Chris standing as if he had taken up roots.

The bumbling sound of the students walking to their next destination filled the corridors.
"You need to watch where your going, I won't tell you again." said Malik
Malik shook his head and rushed to catch up with Melody who was in a lively conversation with Jessica

"Exactly Jess!" said Melody as both girls laughed aloud
Malik stepped in between them he threw his arm around both of their shoulders.
"How are my two favorite ladies?" he said as he playfully kissed Jessica on her cheek and then did the same to Melody, but he kissed her a tad second longer

Both girl hit him!
"Malik!" they said in unison as they laughed

"I just wanted to say hello." he winked at Melody and then walked forward and quite up with his friends.
Melody found herself blushing.

Jessica nodded
"I knew it!" she said
"I always knew you liked him."

There was a group of 3rd years talking about who they thought the heir was."

Just when they walked up the spiral stairs Malik looked in his schoolbag and there was a hole in one of the compartments in the bag
"Damn!" he said
"My DADA book must have fell out." he said to himself

"Eh, Terrence I will catch up with you in a quick sec! Gotta get my schoolbook"

Malik turned back around and retraced his steps for his book.

Emily was walking out of the bathroom when she ran in to malik again.

"Thrid time is really the charm for you isnt it" She said to him

Malik was still looking towards the ground looking for his book.
"Actually, no I believe I'm more of a seven person." he answered

Emily laughed abit

"What, is that...a slytherin looked down enough to laugh at the joke of a Hufflepuff?" Malik Said

"You're Funny" EMily said "Thats just it, laugh at not with" EMily said running her fingers through her hair

Malik knew that Emily was only looking for trouble
"What exactly are you needing from me?" he said looking at her

"You have seen me since the start of school, and all of a sudden you talk to me."

"What do you mean i talk to you, you just ran into me for the third time today, so it would seem you wanted something from me" Emily said.

Malik sighed
"From what I remember your the one sitting around everywhere I turn, are you stalking me?"

"Dont flatter your self, the first time you nearly killed me iw as headed ot the great hall the second i forgot my wand, and this time i was comming out of the GIRLs Lavatory, so it seems that you, a boy, infront of the girls lavatory isnt a usual thing, it would seem that you were stalking me" Emily said

"You try to give yourself way too much credit" said Malik as he spotted his book
"In my opinon you aren't even that great." he lied
He dusted off his DADA book and headed up to class.

"What do you mean, i havenmt done anything but turn the corner and wam, get hit by you 3 times" EMily said
"And before the chef hands out his humble but he should take a big bite of it, because you arent that amazing either" Emily lied as well "What have i done to make it seem as if i am giving my self credit for things?"

Malik countinued to walk towards the class.
Clearly he was getting annoyed with Emily, he had a history of dating girls similar to her persona and apparently the best way to deal with them were to ignore them.

"You can do what ever you want Godestrike."

"I intend to" emily said and walked past him
"Thanks i am now late for DADA thanks to you"

"Dont tell me you have that next" malik said

"Of course i do" Emily said

Right when Phineas left his office to begin class, Emily and Malik both entered the class at the sametime, both of them were late.

Phineas sighed
"What is it Godestrike with coming late to my class." he said sternly
"And since you and Taveness, love being together, you will love have 15 points deducted from each your houses."

"Ah! and let me not forget, you can both sit next to each other. Remeber its a privilege to sit next to each other." he said slyly

He skimmed the class.
"I will need everyone to take out your homework."

"great looks like i have the best seat in the house" Emily said sarcastically as she pushed malik out of the way and sat down.

Malik balled his fist in anger, he caught eyes with Jessica as she took out her homework.

He sat down next to Emily and refused to communicate with her.

Emily ignored malik as best she could.
he was alefty and she was a righty so they kept bumping elbows. Emily went to grab her quill and singed half of it, her want was in that hand as well.

Malik looked at her strangly

emily looked up at him and quickly rattle off an excuse that she accident ly did a nonverbal spell.

*Meanwhile*

Nihilus sent Sion to the back entrance to cut off any form of escape.

With a objective set in his mind, he and his squadron entered the Temple, their where massive pillars that held up the upper levels which consisted of five floors.

The thudreing march of the Immortals countinued to bounce among the walls,
They entered through the library section and they was the Elder who was in charge of it.

"I want access to the Main Beacon Room." said Nihilus using Morfin's threating voice

"Excuse me?!" said the Elder woman, she had on yellow robes that had symbols imprinted on them. She suddenly knew that this new visitor was up to no good.
She immediatly drew her sword and prepared to fight.
"You will never reach the Summit!"

Nihilus kept his cold face and simply said
"...Very unwise"

He created a red sword from his wand, it was covered with his entity. Nihilus used his power, leviated the woman and pulled her and the blade impaled her

He flung her body aside! it crashed into the books! On the second floor of the library highly trained Temple Guards peered over
"We are under attack!" said one
They imediatly jumped into action! 5 of them jumped from the second floor! they unshielded their swords as well, some with one blades, others fought with two.

The Immortals quickly sprang into action as well. They launched arrows at the guards and when they came in close quarters they fought sword to sword! the blood splurted everywhere

Nihilus casually walked through the battle that was unfolding.
"Attack the leader!"
Two of the guards ran towards Nihilus but they were easily outmatched by Nihilus's swords skills

The dark wizard approached the door, he lazyly flicked his hand and the door opened!
as soon as it opened a arrow zipped through the night air towards him.
Nihilus waved his wand and the arrow dissolved midair.
Sion had already began a battle in the main temple area. From what Nihilus could see the Temple guards had a way of blocking the Immortal's arrows with their sword sending them richoting off their blades.
Sion's sword was already bloodly, he had a death toll on his hands!
Nihilus walked down the stairs and eyed the massivly large statue of the creator of the Egotis Temple.

He walked in front of it, killig any opposing enemy that tried to confront him their feeble attempts amused him.
Then Nihilus focused his energy on the statue with a rumbling sound the statue crackled down! it broke in three places, Nihilus held the middle up while the the other two large pieces crushed both Immortals and Temple guards alike. Nihilus leviated the middle piece over his head and threw it and the upper floor level doors, blasting them open!

Nihilus could see the other Temple Guards join in on the fight however Sion was doing a excellent job in fending off and clearing the way.
On te Upper levels were the catacombs.
With a flick of his hand the doors opened and there were about 12 kids around the age of 5, apparently their teachers had told them to hide in their
Nihilus was still cloacked and his hood still covered side of his face.
"Master?" asked one of the girls innocently
"What are we to do?"
Star Wars moment)

Nihilus inhaled and smelled the fear. He flicked his hand and the doors closed!

Sion aproached the catacomb level also.
He then looked and heared flashes of red and screams! Nihilus exited the room leaving the door open.
Sion peered into it and saw a frightning sight, the dead bodies of the twelve kids sprawled out on the floor, their corspes looked as though their souls were drained.

Sion then followed Nihilus up to their destination. The beacon room....

Malik grew frustrated with Emily
"Could you stop!" he said to her

The class had all taken out their homework.
"Could you pass it up." said Profesor Hawkins who kept rubbing his arm.
