About Me
| I can still remember the day when our librarian was showing us this new book they had just gotten in. She held it up... Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. It caught my eye. She went on about how she had just read it, how much she liked it, and how it wasn't very popular yet but she thought it would be one day. Based on her short summary, I was very intrigued. Immediately afterward, I went to her desk and asked if I could check it out. I was spellbound by the book. I read it three times in a row and from that day forward, I persuaded and pestered my friends until they read it and told everyone that cared to listen how great it was. I've been among the first in line to buy and read the books as they've come out, and I've been among the people who go and watch the movies at midnight when they're opened in theaters. Harry Potter is one of the greatest literary achievements of all time, and I will be a tried and true fan until my dying day!!! Harry Potter rocks!!! |
