| The very first time I picked up a Harry Potter book was not magical for me. I loathed it. That was the year that SS/PS came out. Give it a few years, I went and saw PoA in theaters with my best friend who was a diehard fan convinced she would marry Dan Rad. I spent the rest of the summer read through OotP. It's been over five years now and my love for this series has only grown with time. I love both the books and the movies. I personally view them as two separate entities and I don't tend to scrutinize the films much. [That said, Narcissa's hair bugged me so much!] I'm an avid fan fiction reader but not much of a writer. I do make pretty wicked Harry Potter t-shirts though. My favorite characters would be Draco, George, Fred, Severus, Luna, & Hermione. There are more, of course, but we won't get into the nitty gritty. I do sail many, many ships. I'm sure I've read at least one story for each ship, except for nasty things like twincest. Ew.
