About Me
| My grandma has often quoted the great German proverb, "He who has never tasted what is bitter does not know what is sweet." My life fit this expression quite plainly, because of the fact that I have lost so much. However, this loss allowed me to gain even more. From when I was a still in diapers, I've wanted to be loved and someone to care about me. I suppose this thought came into play mostly because I never had a father figure in my life, and I couldn't be "Daddy's little girl." But I did have a lot, and you've got to be thankful for everything you've got.The first few weeks of my life I was probably in more hands than most babies are in their first year of life. A lot of people wanted to hold me, such as my mother's friends, my relatives, and the neighbors.Since my mom was a single parent, she took me to a baby-sitter while she was working.
