(a trustworthy source) says Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson will NOT be appearing in Mexico at a John Williams concert, as previously reported:
Earlier this week it was reported that Emma and Dan would be appearing as guests for the John Williams concert at the Silvestre Revueltas Room, in the Cultural Centre Ollin Yoliztli, on December 19th, 20th, and 21st.
I am sorry to disappoint all of the Mexican fans out there, but after consulting with official sources at the studio, we have received word that neither Dan or Emma will be in attendance as they have school and filming commitments at that time.
Editor's note: Sorry for getting everyone excited over nothing. It wouldn't have been reported as "fact" if the Associated Press and other news outlets in Mexico hadn't "confirmed" it. In fact, I held out posting the news upon first hearing it, until I saw it come across the wires. Even CNN ran it, so mistakes were made all around, it would seem.

That is is real bummer for those who would have liked to attend. We've had 2 instances of misinformation in one week, and that is a lot! It sounds like those that publish Harry Potter news need to be more cautious and check out the information before broadcasting it. Cheeser, I don't blame you. You just report the news as you hear it. I'm just saying it should have never been "news" if it was not true.

This is really depressing. That would have been a great opportunity for many fans. Hopefully people will still go to see John Williams. It will still be an amazing concert. I wish I could go! And Torill is right, this will definitely not be the last rumor circulated surrounding this movie and its cast and crew.

AH! Emma and Daniel should have went there! For all those fans! But they are busy with the third film, sad. I feel sorry for all those fans of Emma and Daniel, they must be really sad about it. I don't know why don't they go to Mexico to the concert! It would be fun! But they are working on the film, not very happy about it.
