According to the shop, these are not replicas, but original promotional materials direct from Warner Bros. meant for display in theater lobbies. They feature the original release date for Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone and are printed on both sides to allow rear-lighted display:
These are a true collector's item from the very first film and are the real deal! Complete with release dates... this set of three brand new movie posters has never been hung and are shipped in a tube. These are not replica re-prints - they are the exact same poster... with the mirror image printed on the reverse side for viewing through theater windows... that was originally sent to theaters to promote the first film and these were acquired directly from Warner Bros. There will certainly be no more of these printed and they are in limited supply. We will not have them again once they are gone.

I saw this a few weeks ago, I'm pretty sure you can buy the three posters for about 27 dollars or so, but itd be fun to buy a wand and get some posters as well. Its really cool how they got their hands on some of those, I've always wondered what they did with those posters in the theaters.

Yeah when are the 3rd movie posters going to come out?? i want em now. i think one example of a poster will be the one with Sirius (ya know the one that is on the shirt in Hot Topic) and OOO i did see one for the POA it had Sirius as a dog and Harry with his arms around Hermione (grrr) and a few otehr things i cant remember and it had the realease date. that all. it was sweet. i think that might be the offical one for the POA movie. and the cover for the DVD when it comes out.

I am saving up the dollars to buy a school robe from Alivans. Maybe the posters will still be available when I can afford the purchase!
