New HP fan site The Burning Scar
(shall we call them TBS?) has spotted two more virtual tours on the official Warner Bros. Harry Potter movie site: a look at Professor Remus Lupin's classroom
, and a spin around the astronomy room
.
This makes four when added to the virtual Shrieking Shack and Honeydukes tours posted earlier today. You'll need Apple's Quicktime
player to view them.

Not more stuff!
I don't have Quicktime!
Now for the second time I can't see anything...
I'll just take everyone's word that it's very cool.
and
I guess I'll have to wait for the movie like all the other non-quicktime owning people.

Oh that's cool. I want to go take a look at that. I remember the books didn't have much on the Astronomy room and class so I want to know how the movies protray it. I wish my school had classes like that instead of Social Studies and stuff. While they're at it, they could change the name of the school to Hogwarts.:)

That is NOT the Astronomy tower (classroom), it's DUMBLEDORE'S OFFICE, WHERE LUPIN IS TEACHING HARRY THE PATRONUS-CHARM!!! -Dumbledore allowed them to use his office for practice!

That is sooooooo not the Astronomy Tower! Like Lea said, it looks like that's where they're practicing the patronus charm, and that's what the trunk's there for, it's got the boggart I bet.

In reply to Hermione781 that soooo IS the astronomy room! WB used the set of Dumbledore's office and re-decorated it so they didn't have to build a new set. Look at the tour above and you will see how they have changed it, for instance they removed all the portraits and his fireplace. The books are replaced with globes and such like... In the underdeck (are down two steps behind desk), the curtains have been removed and his chairs etc. have been replaced with piled high bookcases. Do you agree that they are suposed to be two different rooms?
For comparison's sake you can view dumbledore's offfice at:

Enjoy.

Lea says:
Yup, my mistake, it IS the Astronomy Tower, I just saw the screenshots on veritaserum.com!!! But it's THE SAME SET they used for Dumbledore's office! So, looks like Harry&Lupin practise the Patronus-charm in the Astronomy Room, after all...-and that really IS the trunk with the Boggart inside, like Hermione781 said! In the book, they do it in professor Binns's classroom -History of Magic.

Ok, my mistake again!!! : OF COURSE it's the same set, IT HAS TO BE, because Dumbledore's Office and the Astronomy Room are TWO SYMMETRICAL TOWERS OF THE SAME CASTLE, so they are SUPPOSED TO look alike, to have the SAME structure (the balcony, the stairs etc...) with only different furniture&stuff.... SORRY, WB, GOOD JOB!!!
