, is reporting that Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban will have a running time of 142 minutes, or two hours and twenty-two minutes. This information comes directly from the distributor but may include the credits, which bumps up the 135 minute figure previously reported.
Of course, this is considered a rumor until officially confirmed by Warner Bros.

As long as they keep all the good parts, I'll be happy. I'm glad it's a little longer than we thought. But it is odd that the first two were longer, as the PoA book is longer than them both. But I'm not that worried.

I really hope that the movie is longer than origanlly reported, because that means there is more in it. Though I do like seeing delated scene they are always better if they are in the movie. That is why I am so excited about the ABC telecast of Sorcerors stone.

Thank goodness it's not just 1 hour and a half or something...I'm good with the 2 hours and a half...But personally, like many people here, I rather have 6 hours long..just as long as evrything in the book is in the movie..But hey, you can't have everything right?

The longer the better I say. Heck, make it 4 and a half hours like The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King. It could be loads better and there would be a lot more detail that the story puts in that they always leave out.
