Some wire services and newspapers are starting to post pictures and articles from the premiere of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban that took place in New York this afternoon.

From The Scotsman newspaper: Harry Potter mania erupted once more again as the stars stepped out for the world premiere of the film phenomenon’s latest adventure. Hundreds of fans burst into screams as the bewildered teenage idols graced the red carpet in New York.
From BBC News: Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe was mobbed by a legion of screaming teenage girls as he arrived for the New York premiere of his latest adventure. BBC also has pictures online.

What an exciting day for HP fans! It was wonderful to see all the stars. My how they have changed since the last movie. Rupert is so tall, James Phelps must be around 6'2", and Matthew Lewis sure has shot up. No more baby fat there! I hope everyone had a great time!

I love the dress Emma is wearing! At least she looks good in it! And the choice is way better than other frocks we have seen her in in the past...
I am loving Rupert's hair! The only improvement I would make is to cut the bangs shorter so we could see his eyes!
And Daniel is looking nice as ever in the usual dark suit with blue shirt.

WOW, i was at the premiere, and even though it was blistering hot, it was the best thing ever. i got a really bad sunburn just standing there for 4 hours waitin, but it was sooooo worth it. and i got lots of picks of Alan Rickman(just the man i wanted to see) and i got some others too. It was soooooo much fun and great to see everyone in person^_^
