An acting agency has confirmed to CBBC Newsround
that the part of Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire will be played by Londoner Robert Pattinson, who will be appearing in the upcoming Vanity Fair film, playing Rawdy Crawley and a German film called Kingdom In Twilight according to Newsround.

is anyone with me in thinking that goblet of fire will probably be the best film yet?
in my opinion, azkaban has been the best one so far. the first film has that great, innocent, heart-warming quality and i'll always love it for that. but with the growth of the kids so comes the growth of the maturity level in these films and the content in the books. the problem with azkaban is that it's such a psychological thriller that it is difficult to translate to screen.
i don't think goblet will have that problem. i think the action sequences in the goblet film will be the best we have seen in any movie. the story lends itself so well to being adapted on screen. i can't wait for the first task! dragons!! woooooo! and the return of dobby! yes!
