An acting agency has confirmed to CBBC Newsround
that the part of Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire will be played by Londoner Robert Pattinson, who will be appearing in the upcoming Vanity Fair film, playing Rawdy Crawley and a German film called Kingdom In Twilight according to Newsround.

Ok, you can't tell what he looks like at all from that picture!!! I mean he's facing the side with his hand in front of his face, and to top it all off, it's in black and white. So I have no idea what this guy really looks like so I don't know if he looks like Cedric. There are also shadows cast over his face which makes it even more difficult to see him.
