An acting agency has confirmed to CBBC Newsround
that the part of Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire will be played by Londoner Robert Pattinson, who will be appearing in the upcoming Vanity Fair film, playing Rawdy Crawley and a German film called Kingdom In Twilight according to Newsround.

That is so weird, I just got off talking to my sister who was complaining that the actor who plays Cedric Diggory better be hot, because of course that's the way she imagines him. I pull up the trusty HPANA and what do I see? Cedric Diggory. My sister is very pleased.

Yeah, that actor kind of looks like he's brooding! I think I could see him as Krum.
