Let the rumors continue. In yet another article that will surely have fans talking, the Daily Mail from the UK is reporting
that Ralph Fiennes is in talks to play Lord Voldemort in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire which is currently filming.
This of course follows previous reports that Rowan Atkinson and John Malkovich had also been in negotiations for the role, both of which have been denied by the powers that be.
Please note that this is a rumor and I'm sure won't be the last, and as with all rumors has to be confirmed by Warner Bros. We will update if we hear anything.

I personally think he would do well as Voldemort. I mean has anyone seen Red Dragon, he was so scary/creepy in that movie. He does a great job at playing both Good and Bad people when he wants to. I know its a rumor for now, but i say "YAH" if he gets the part.

We should know some casting choices for sure before long, I think they start the real heavy-duty filming in a couple weeks, and they won't be able to keep it secret for long after that. But they are probably in no hurry to divulge, the studio probably counts all the speculation among fans as free publicity. I feel really stupid, I can't remember Ralph Fiennes in anything, but the name is familiar. I will have to dig out Schindler's List and see which one he was.

1. We are talking about actors, here. Not models, but actors. I'm sure that Warner Bros will in the end, pick someone great for the part, because they hace a whole lot of pressure on them. Probably the most since casting the trio.
2. As Casey said, we all know this is modern times, and they can do wonders with makeup, and I'm sure Voldy will be no exception. Besides, you'd be hard-pressed to find a good actor with a face that naturally looks like a dead snake. I mean, come on...
3. Let's give him a chance. I know these are only rumors, but let's give them a chance instead of immediately discrediting them.

I cant remember what any of those actors actualy look like, i tried the links but its not loading, so i cannot say wether they look good for it or not. Whoever gets the role should be manacing, and scarry, a true dark lord! :)that Ralph Fiennes was manacing in Red Dragon, so maybe he can repeat the effect here?

His Amon Goeth in Schindler's List is chilling.
For those who can't quite remember who he is, yes, one of his more recent roles was in Maid in Manhattan. He's well known for his roles in Schindler's List and The English Patient.
He does "pale" very well.
