Mr. Jonathan Tebbs, owner of A Barn Full of Brass Beds
in the UK has been left spellbound after his firm was chosen to restore
nine beds at his workshops for Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
The brass beds will be prepared by Grimsby firm Fenners, Wickham Road, Grimsby Docks, before being brought back to their former glory by Mr. Tebbs.
Set dressers for Warner Bros have paid precise attention to detail and want brass beds for the scenes.
The Hogwarts gang visit Ron Weasley's parents and are camping in a tent. Although from the outside it is a small tent, once inside it opens up into a large dormitory with bunk beds and a double bed for the Weasley's.
Mr. Tebbs says this of the professionalism of Warner Bros.:
"The set dressers are interesting people, very down to earth, they think if a job is worth doing, it is worth doing well. Maybe they hope the attention to detail will rub off on the actors and if they are around interesting stuff it will help them perform better."
Now we can rest that there will be a scene from the Quidditch World Cup in Goblet of Fire.

Hehe, its funny at what lenghts they go to to make the films that littlebit better...restoring brass beds! hehe! i bet that was a surprise to be asked to do that.
Well, lets just hope that if theyre shooting scenes in the tents, they will shoot the more important scenes to the same degree of accuracy/loving attention. its good that the quiddich world cup is going to be in it..now we'll have to wait and see what they do about the 3 tasks.

Wow, I am so excited about the Goblet of Fire and I absolutely love that book, so it is so great to hear that they are proceding with the filming of the movie. I got to actually see POA in the IMAX in New York and it was absolutely FANTASTIC! Eventhough I had seen the film 3 times before in the UK, the IMAX was the BEST! If anyone gets the opportunity to see it at one of those theaters DO!!!!

Why would the Weasley's have need for a tent that appears to be a tent on the outside but is like a "dormitory" on the inside at Hogwarts... they don't have to hide that they are witches and wizards there... there is really no other explanation except that it is going to be used at the QWC!

Well we know they have to do the last task, or at least part of it because it leads to Harry meeting voldemort so it's gotta be in there :)

Well I am glad to hear that. But I heard somewhere that they were going to cut out the scene at the Dursleys. I was really hoping that they wouldn't. That was really funny with the Ton Tongue Toffee. Oh well. Guess we have to wait to see.

I love the attention to detail. Glad they are going to have an interesting set.
But, what is the stupid comment on "acting better?" The Harry Potter films have world class actors, the best. His furniture will do well to live up to their standards!

I'm glad they're doing the Quidditch Cup in the movie. That was a major part of the book and I can't wait to see how it turns out on film. I thought the tent was really cool and I only hope that it will turn out exactly as how I imagined it.
