CBBC Newround
has three new photographs of actor Robert Pattinson who will be playing Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
The photos are from the film In Kingdom in Twilight which he completed earlier this year but as yet has no relese date.

hm... well he does look pretty old and a little... scruffy in the pic. Cedric is called a pretty boy in the books and he doesn't look much like one... however, he is quite good looking so maybe with some make-up he'll look like Cedric.

I preferred the rumor that Henry Cavill was going to play Cedric..he's played a pretty boy part before in Count of Monte Cristo hehe and he looked pretty pompous/hero/silent sort to me, plus Henry even said he'd loved to play the part of Cedric. For looks Henry was my pick, but again, I'll just have to wait for the movie effects, costume, and see how good his (Robert's) acting is in GoF.

I don't think he fits the part very well, i mean the hair has got to go first of all, cause Cedric MUST NOT have long hair. Although he does look cute with it, it does make him look a bit old, at least i thinks so.

I think he'll be a good Cedric, although when ever I think of Cedric I can't help but feel a little jelous. I went through everything with Harry in the fourth book and found myself feeling a little upset at the ider af Cedric which was dispelled when I read that he died.
