Tom Felton
(Draco) from the Harry Potter movies had his first fan club meeting at London's Chelsea Football Club yesterday and CBBC Newsround has a report as well as some pictures from the event.
Tom had invited a selection of fans by letter/phone and his website to come and meet him in person and had this to say about the turnout:
"I am really happy with the turnout. You can tell how much some people really want to be here, because they can't speak!"
Also dawniky's has a LiveJournal report & pictures posted about her experience. Thanks to Mugglenet for the tip.
Update: Tom has updated his website with pictures and an entry about the day's events.

I'm sooo jealous, i joined the fan club and i live in the UK so....i don't really know why i wasn't invited... maybe there was too many people or something...
If it was a Dan Radcliffe fan meeting that i had missed, i would be soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo angry and sad. I can't stress how much he means to me!

Yeah, I just read Dawns point-by-point experience with Tom on the live journal page and drooled over the pics of Tom. Thanks Dawn! Hehe. Anywho, I think that it's great that he is sweet and kind to do something like this for his fans. And it's probably easier for him to do it than Dan, Emma, or Rupert because they are a bit more famous than he is. It's all good, though. :)

Very nice of him to occupy himself personally with his fans and, although I'm not really one of them, I still enjoy the fact he's making someone else happy. I hope he's done well on his exams...maybe he should tell us what he scored on them ??

That's a cool thing of him to do. He seems a good guy in real life, not quite so up hiself as Draco. It's just a pity they didn't report his answers to the GOF filming Qs. It's a bit OTT to give them a red rose thoguh don't you think, just a wee bit sickening!
