That's great that we got more clues! But some of those clues I already figured would happen: Harry not having a godmother and Dumbledore's patronus being a phoenix, Rita Skeeter etc. But I'm glad there's going to be a new character I hope he plays an important role in the book. I'm also glad that Grawp will be in it too! As for Harry, surviving the last book, I don't really know what to think about it. That's great that he will survive past his school years, but I hope nothing bad happens to him, like something worse than death.

Woot woot! I'm soooo excited! She is halfway through, but that is NOT a bad thing...it might be a two year wait, but the wait for OOTP was even longer (3 years since the title was released)Wakko, be patient, if she feels pressure to finish way too quickly, it may not be the best she can do. Wow, i'm so surprised at the things she answered, wheee, i'm so excited!

No! I want Harry to die! Well, she just said he'd survive TO book seven, she didn't say he'd survive till the end of it, so I still have hope. (Stop thinking I'm so heart-less, I love Harry to peices, I'm just a sucker for tragic endings). Also, she's only half way through book six? Hmm, I don't think it's going to come out half as soon as I thought it would.

Well duh Harry will survive to book 7 or else it wouldn't be much of a book! Haha. That's so cool all the info she gave us. Aberforth is the bar tender in the hogs head! Wow that is cool. But book 6 is only half way done I wish it was done!

WAIT WAIT WAIT!!!!! Looomat this that I found, its what Jo Rowling said today at the festival. See....
I found the name McClaggan the other day, which I think is a great name. There is a McClaggan in book six because I thought that it is a surname that is too good to waste.
It says McLagan up there, which one is right???? See I found this one a website, and the moderator of the website went to the festival, can anyone help??????

Awesome! At least she gave some clues to the 6th book and a couple of questions to pounder. I hope book 6 comes out before the GoF movie. That would be nice and it would be a great way to hype up GoF and get it more attention.

Very interesting... That just leaves me with MORE questions! Thats cool that there will be a new character called McLagan, but I kindof hope there is more then just one new character. Why didn't Dumbledore try to kill Voldemort in that scene at the end of book five? That is an easy one because Harry is the only one that can kill Voldemort. This statement just worried me that Harry would "survive to book seven" but then she refused to confirm whether he would grow up to be a wizard. What does that mean? Will Harry lose his magical powers and be a muggle or squib or what? Will Harry Potter have to use every once of magic he has to destory Voldemort?
I hope Rowling finishes Book 6 soon!! I cannot wait!!

Dumbledore didn't kill Voldemort because.... UH - I have alot of ideas but none that make sense :( It's a pity because I've been thinking about those things she told us to think about for a long time and I haven't come up with an answer yet. HAHA - I'm glad to hear that the hog's head bartender is Abeforth - that makes sense - but why's he there and why doesn't Dumbledore talk to him are the questions that come to my mind. :)

All these clues make me very happy for the next book. But since she already said that the book was longer than the 5th one, and she's only halfway through, does that mean it'll be twice as long as the Order of the Phoenix? Hmm... I wouldn't mind if it was. But I just can't wait!
