Woah! Now I din't know about the Hog's Head Bartender... That's awesome. I had guessed that DD's Patronus was a Pheonix and I still don't think that Harry will survive past book 7. Of course he would survive Book 6 or there would be no Book 7, duh!

I think that Dumbledore did not kill Voldemort at the Ministry of Magic because the prophecy says that Harry is the only one with thay power and Voldemort did not die when his spell rebounded on him because he performed numerous experiments to be immortal. I also think that he has lost his immortality now so Harry will be able to kill him... i am just scared that maybe because of their connection with the scar the pain will kill Harry as well or just the connection itself will kill Harry.

YAY!!! Half Done with book 6!! But it was kind of obvious that he would survive TO the 7th book, because she said when she just started the books that there would be one book for each year, so he would have to live... unless they call it Harry Potter and His Totally Sad Funeral and the Aftermath of His Death.

I just want to say this, in the 5th book Dumbledore says something to Voldemort about how there are worse things than death, and that not realizing that has always been his weakness. I really hope that Harry learns what this is and is able to keep himself from dying in the 7th book yet doing what ever it is to Voldemort that Dumbledore was speaking of. No one wants to see Harry die, and I would love to read more of his adventures into adulthood with his friends. I can not wait for the 6th book!!! These are awesome books and I for one would LOVE to see a happy ending. Harry Potter was not born to die I dont believe. No he was born for great things as he has shown.

Of course Harry has to survive to book 7, otherwise, book 7 would really suck. I don't really care about answering the questions, I'll just wait to find out because I want to be suprised instead of already guessing half the book; it makes it a lot more exciting.

Wait, does 'Harry to survive book 7' mean that he isn't going to die, or that he will just survive until book 7, which is rather obvious given that he is the main character.. I really did not want to know that if that is the case!!

McLagan... hmmm... Goodness, why don't they just release the book sooner? And I've been thinking of those questions since right after I read the book. Yes, maybe Dumbledore doesn't kill Voldemort because he knew the prophecy, but what if he didn't know? He just didn't Voldemort because he wants the fate to take its own course. Maybe that's why... But he really cares for Harry. Dumbledore could have saved Harry from a lot of pain (both physically and emotionally, and maybe mentally) if had he killed Voldemort. So could be the reason? They've got my mind blowing!
And of course Harry will survive at least until the end of book 7. If he will die at the end of book 6, then book 7 will be something like an epilogue, right? Anyway, I'm sure goodness will win over evil at the end.

I knew that he would survive to book 7 cause it just wouldn't be a HP book without Harry! But will he survive book 7? is the question we all ask. The transcript is great and I'm excited to know that the man in the Hogs Head was really Aberforth!

Great news that she's halfway through the sixth one, and even greater that she's revealing more and more info about it!!! I really missed Rita Skeeter, and I find it most interesting, that Dumbledore's brother is a barman!!
I'm also curious about that McLagan man or woman... Can he or she be the next D.A.D.A. teacher?? :-)
And of course why didn't Voldemort died when he tried to kill baby Harry? That question has been in my head ever since I read the first book...
I can't wait for book 6!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my stab at the two questions..someone correct me if i'm wrong or if they have a better theory. I must admit i'm not all that good at this kind of stuff.
Why didn't Voldemort die when he tried to kill Harry?
Wasn't this the reason Voldemort used Harry's blood at the end of book 4? So that the defenses in Harry's blood from his mother dying to save him would also run in Voldemort's veins? That way he is now able to touch Harry and cast spells against him.
Why didn't Dumbledore try to kill Voldemort in that scene at the end of book five?
I haven't read book five in awhile...but wasn't Dumbledore the one to hear the prophecy? So he wouldn't have tried to kill Voldemort because he knew Harry would be the only one who could do it.

I am really happy that harry surives to book seven but i think it will be even better if he surives to become a full wizard if he died that would just mean that voldemort killed harry like he wanted what was the point of living through seven boks if voldemrt kills himin the end =( i hope he lives to be a wizard!
