Many fans awoke today to news that Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling had taken down the "Do Not Disturb" sign once again on a door at her official site
.
At first it appears to be an empty room, but there's a bit more to it than that, and the prize is certainly worth the trouble. Here are step-by-step instructions for those who can't be bothered to figure it out on their own:

It's interesting that I'm one of the few who's been able to post on the first page of comments with news as big as this. My heart nearly skipped a beat when I read the headline on Mugglenet.
I wonder who this new character is...
J.K. Rowling is awesome! How do people figure out the puzzle? It was a lot more complicated than the brick wall.

But knowing JK never gives too much away, the information provided here might not be vital at all. Cool, though.

The area is best described by drawing a line from the period after "K" (in the "J.K. Rowling official website") going down AND starting just a little below (and I mean _little_) the window-sil and drawing to the right.
