sends word that a woman on Radio France claimed that one of her relatives is working for the film Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire taking care of ferrets. The obvious passage with Mad-Eye Moody and Draco Malfoy comes to mind:
This morning, on a French radio report (Radio France), a woman was interviewed and she said some things about the 4th Harry Potter set, and especially about the animals training on the set. It seems that one of her relatives is working now in Oxford and is taking care of ferrets for some scenes in GoF.
Clearly, you can think about the Malfoy/Moody scene, but that's only a deduction - time will tell. And it can also be cut at the end of the filming, but we all know now that there is a possibility that we can see this famous scene in [the movie].
In the book - the fourth in JK Rowling's series - the Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher Mad-Eye Moody turns Draco Malfoy into a ferret briefly:
Harry spun around. Professor Moody was limping down the marble staircase. His wand was out and it was pointing right at a pure white ferret, which was shivering on the stone-flagged floor, exactly where Malfoy had been standing.
...
"Don't talk to me," Ron said quietly to Harry and Hermione as they sat down at the Gryffindor table a few minutes later, surÂrounded by excited talk on all sides about what had just happened.
"Why not?" said Hermione in surprise.
"Because I want to fix that in my memory forever," said Ron, his eyes closed and an uplifted expression on his face. "Draco Malfoy, the amazing bouncing ferret."

Like Ron, I've held the "amazing bouncing ferret" picture in my head. Every time I read or view a passage with Draco Malfoy being the snit he is, I imagine Moody/Crouch bouncing him around. I love that vision. I can't wait to see it on the big screen.

Yay! They better keep that part in the movie; that's all I can say--I mean, it shouldn't take up that much time should it?

I only hope they make it longer, to put in all these scenes. Sure, the ferret thing is funny, but which would you rather watch, the bouncing ferret or the graveyard scene?

I'm hoping that this scene will be in the movie. *Crosses her fingers and her toes* I also want to see the look Rupert Grint pulls off as Ron, who looks quite pleased. Moody was so awesome, rather Crouch was awesome (Crouch junior mind you Crouch senior was rather distasteful) disregarding the fact that he turned out to be a dirty rotten (remembers its a family site so stops typing evil insults).
More than anyone I really loathe Bellatrix, she took away my dear Sirius (starts crying like an overgrown baby *whoah that sounds like Wormtail doesn't it?*)
Anyway, here's hoping that the ferret scene wasn't cut from the movie.

I don't think they'll be able to edit the graveyard scene, its really essential to the plot structure. So, I'm sure the director will not cut out such a scene, but yeah...graveyard scene better than ferret (but I still love the ferret scene)
But does anyone know who Karkaroff and Madame Maxime is played by?

I really do hope that this is true, and that if it is true, that the director does not cut it out of the movie. The Draco "ferret" scene is one of my favorites in Goblet of Fire! :)
