Harry Potter web site MuggleNet is reporting that the release date for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince may be announced in January 2005. MuggleNet states that they have received numerous tips from bookstores stating that they have been given memos warning them to expect a release date for book 6 to be announced in January 2005 and to be prepared for questions from the public.

If all goes like it did for OotP. The release date will be announced in January and 5-6 months later in late-June, we will have the HBP. Unless they are opting to push the release date back farther and have us suffer longer. I think a January announcement is very plausible, especially if bookstores are getting notices. Oooooo....does this look good or what.
