In an interview with British newspaper The Express, Julie Walters
(Mrs. Weasley) from the Harry Potter movies confirms that she will not be making an appearance in the upcoming Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
Ms. Walters discusses her feelings about not being in the movie:
To be honest, I was a bit hurt not to be in it. The kids love the Harry Potter films so much and I get lots of mail about it. I can understand why they've had to pare down the film as the book is so long but I am really hoping I'll be in again for the next one.

That's a stinky deal. I'm disappointed that I won't be able to see Mrs. Weasley in the movie. She is a right good actress. Her part in this book may not have been as big...but bigger is not always better!

Its not fair. Poor Mrs. Weasley. I know that I for one love her character and I think that she adds a lot to both the books and movies. But since she has a big part in OotP I am sure that she will be in the fifth movie.

Oh no...that is disappointing. Molly is one of my favorite characters, and I love the way Julie Walters portrays her. They can't write her out of OotP though, she's too much a part of it.

I'm glad she's not personally offended or anything that she's not appearing in the film. However, I think the part where Bill and Mrs. Weasley come to watch Harry in the final task is really sweet, I was always rather fond of that part. Things must be cut though, that is the reality of the films being made. Surely Julie Walters will be back when the Order comes to the forefront in the fifth film.

I find that really hard to believe. She is one of the main characters. She is not only in the beginning of the book, but she comes to visit Harry before the third task and comforts Harry at the end after the graveyard episode. I'm not happy with this.

I am a little disappointed but i know the rest of the movie is going to be awesome, you win some you lose some! Next movie she has to be there because it shows her fear of her children dieing and even the prat Percy!!!!!! Also she plays a 2nd mother to Harry in the fifth book! That's sad! I like the woman who plays Mrs. Weasley she does a great job! Then again, it is understandable though, because she isn't in the book so much, and doesn't play as big of part as in the other ones! Oh well, it would have still been nice for her to be in it!
