Rupert Grint, Ronald Weasley from the Harry Potter movies, participated in pre-Red Nose Day celebrations in the UK by appearing on the Dick 'n Dom Comic Relief in da Bungalow show on BBC Two.
The sketch involved Rupert running around the National Portrait Gallery
in London with one of the hosts of the show and yelling 'boogies' to the dismay of the public. The winners of the show will participate in a special competition on Friday, Red Nose
night.
Thanks to Rupertonline.net
you can watch the video as well as view some screen shots of Rupert's appearance.
UPDATE: RGMS has put up a better quality video
of the show.

I wish America did things like this. We have really boring television. And our only TV charity events are celebrity game shows. Yawn.

That was hilarious. My friends used to play a game like that but they never played in a place that quiet so it wasn't as funny.

I think it's brilliant that he's doing stuff for charity as well. Red Nose Day was superb this year, and of course bogies was hilarious. Loads of the HP actors, and of course JK herself, give money to charities. Clearly loads of good stuff has been done since Harry Potter became a bestseller.

What the heck is Red Nose Day? In the USA we don't celebrate that. I think what Rupert was saying was insane but funny.

I will be very disappointed if Rupert does not have a career as a comic actor after he has finished in the HP movies.
Rupert looks pretty uncomfortable wandering around the gallery in the pictures. I can't get the film to play on my computer but I wish I could see him relax and start yelling bogies in there. It was a strange choice of venue. I hope it went well.

Rupert is hilarious! I've never heard of red nose day before, I'm guessing it's a British thing. I read on someones comment that Rupert hasn't read the books-is that true?! If so, why not!! I think he does a fantastic job, so thats not the problem-but I think its a bit odd that he hasn't read the books which have made him famous.
