Stanislav Ianevski (Viktor Krum) and Robert Pattinson (Cedric Diggory) from Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire recently spoke
to Empire Online about Quidditch and their roles in the film. When asked about the graveyard scene at the end of the movie Pattinson replied: "That will be the most stunning sequence in the Potter series."
Stanislav on filming Quidditch:
I play Quidditch for the Durmstrang School and for Bulgaria at the beginning in the World Cup. It was a great experience. I never imagined I would be riding a broomstick, flying around chasing a little ball, but it went well, I think. It's like entering a whole new world – a great new experience, it's just fantastic.
Pattinson on Goblet of Fire:
I think basically the characters have been developed pretty fully in the first three, and it's just going to take another turn into being more of a thriller, is more boom boom boom, to the climax. I think it's a much faster paced, action-y film than the others. I think that it's a little bit darker, and they kill off key characters. There's always going to be a little bit of a twist – killing someone is always a bit of a shock.

Coolness. They are so lucky to have been able to work on this movie. I really can't wait to see the graveyard scene. That is one of my favorite sequences in the entire series of books, so I hope it is done more justice than the big unveiling in the Shrieking Shack in PoA (my all-time favorite sequence).

okay, I wasn't so thrilled about them by looks, but they seem to be very into the roles and hopefully will portray them well. If nothing else, the interview gets me even more jazzed up to see the movie!

That is true what they are saying about killing off key characters, i think that it will give the movie a much darker side than even POA which was also quite a dark movie. I can't wait for GOF to come out!

I think it makes the movie seem even more exciting that the people involved are also thrilled about being in it. I also think the actor playing Victor Krum looks very similar to what I pictured - just needs heavier eyebrows. But "Cedric" looks nothing like what I expected. He is supposed to represent huge competition to Harry. Maybe it will show up better in the movie.
