Book Wholesalers, Inc., a book supplier to U.S. public libraries, has posted
a small report on their recently received shipment of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince including a tiny picture of the backside jacket.
If you're trying to stay spoiler-free, you might want to pass on this one although it's difficult to see any detail.

I thoguth that the guy in the back was Harry but.... Um no glasses.... duh. Oh well. Ginny was the other person I am pretty sure of and then there was someone behind Ron but I don't know who it was. I hope we can be able to read the stuff in the jacket before it comes out.

I think it is safe to say that Voldemort is still after the prophecy, the Darkmark positioned over Hogwarts leads me to believe he is going after Trelawney. He'll search her mind, then kill her Bertha Jorkins style.
In my opinion it is now confirmed that the three people in the foreground are Ron, Hermione, and Ginny. Could the fourth recognizable character be Neville? There also seems to be silhouettes of more students behind them.

I really wis they'd show us what's on the back of the cover. I know that would be the ultimate spoiler, though I don't know why they put "spoiler" on the one picture because you con't read anything. I don't think the actual picture is much of a spoiler; I've been using that as a bookmark for weeks.
