Potter named 'best fantasy hero' in the UK Popular (1698)

A poll conducted to mark the UK's Sci-Fi Channel's 10th anniversary has named Harry Potter the greatestopens in new window screen fantasy hero of all time. Potter beat out Spiderman, Doctor Who, Han Solo, Neo from The Matrix, Spock, Yoda and Batman.

The Daleks from Dr. Who toped the list of villains, followed by The Joker, The Terminator from the first Terminator film, Predator, Ming the Merciless from Flash Gordon, Lex Luther and Hal 9000 from 2001: A Space Odyssey.
