Miranda Richardson, Rita Skeeter, from Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire recently discussed her role in the movie, commenting that she turned Skeeter into a garishly power-suited vamp, "Vivienne Westwood revisited, with a slightly bubbly perm." She also spoke about working with director Mike Newell again and whether she will return for Order of the Phoenix.
On returning for Order of the Phoenix:
Well, they like a bit of novelty in the films, so I'm not convinced they're gonna ask me back. I don't know.

I hope that they ask her back,.....from what I have seen she is a great Rita. But why wouldn't they have her back.....unless they cut Rita all together.

I havent seen the movie yet, but I really think that she isgoing to be a really great Rita Skeeter! I also definitly think that they will be crazy if they dont ask her back for the 5th film becuase her role is once again kinda importantin proving Harry isnt lying about voldemort.

I was listening to the "Rita Skeeter" theme on the GoF soundtrack as I read this article, actually! I'm really looking forward to seeing Miranda Richardson in this role. As for using gossip reporters in the tabloids as models - seems a very good way to go!

From what i've seen so far of her i think she looks just how i imagined her to look and shes got that nasty-ness about her just like Rita should and the attitude.
