I think Mike Newell did a good job with this film but of course I think it could've been better. Don't get me wrong I loved GoF and consider it the best HP film thus far. I guess being a film fanatic I can always see ways "they" could've improved the film or did it a different way but that's what happens when someone else directs or writes the film. I'm more anxious to find out how the next screenwriter adapts OotP - what he or she will do differently than Kloves and if he/she will do a better or worse job. OotP is a great book--great, great book--and Harry really does A LOT of growing and there is so much to cover in the film - lots of emotions and lots of bonds to show on screen. I hope it lives up to the spirit of the book.

Hmmm.... I'll have to download those when I get the chance. I can't imagine that there's much in there that we don't already know, but I guess there's always a chance, right?

Hmmm, I should watch this. I wonder what Mike Newell and David Heyman think about JK Rowling. Of course the must appreciate her for giving them material to make these huge movies, but I wonder how often they ask her advice about scenes in the film and such.

I wonder, will he do the next one? He did a rather good job. I'd like to see him tackle 5. It certainly won't be easy.
Nor easy to watch. Harry is such a little whiney putz in it.

I give director Mike Newell and producer David Heyman five stars for this movie. I love there work on the film. Love this chips, it give us a good look into what they were thinking when they made the movie. I also feel these chips well be on the DVD when it comes out, but I guess I'll have to wait and see it I'm right.

Mike Newell rocks! I was kinda afraid that he'd make GoF too romantic after seeing his "4 Wedding and A Funeral". In all HP movies, this one is my favourite, the only one that don't to let me down. I hope Yates will do better

Mike Newell is a great director, and after watching Goblet of Fire, I can only hope that he might just come back to do Half Blood Prince.

Geez! There has been so much stuff coming out on Goblet of Fire, it's amazing. I can't get enough of it! It's so cool getting to see the actors, director, and producer's viewpoints on the movies. Gives you a bit of insight into what's going on in their minds.
