We recently
told you that Harry Potter author JK Rowling and British narrator Stephen Fry would be conducting an interview for UK radio station BBC4's Living with Harry Potter, discussing all things Potter. Now the print edition of the Radio Times
has some excerpts from the program:
Fry: Is it really true that you've got it [the end of the story] all planned out?
Rowling: Yes, I do know what's going to happen in the end. And occasionally I get cold shivers when someone guesses at something that's very close, and then I panic and I think "Oh, is it very obvious?" and then someone says something that's so off the wall that I think "No, it's clearly not that obvious!"
So much that happens in [book] six relates to what happens in [book] seven. In six, although there is an ending that could be seen as definitive in one sense, you very strongly feel the plot is not over this time and it will continue. It's an odd feeling, for the first time I'm very aware that I'm finishing.
You can read the rest of the excerpts here
.
The program will air on December 10th at 9 am & repeat on December 24th at 5 pm.

Thats interesting that she says she gets worried when people guess the ending.
I wonder if its worrying her now, all the hype around what Jim Dale said about her killing off Harry in 7?
Either way its wait and see till the book.

I didn't guess that the Horcrux was what related to book 6. I can't figure anything out. I have my thoughts, but I will just wait to read book 7 and enjoy the final chapter of the Harry Potter series.

Thats funny. I think the end is a total toss-up. For me right now it seems hard to tell if Harry will die or live.

It's interesting to think that someone has had such a close guess as to what is going to happen. But the question is...which person??
Of course she has the whole thing planned out. I think it would be rather irresponsible for her not to have at least had an inkling about what would happen in book 7 even when she wrote book 1. But of course we all know that she has had it all planned since the beginning.

If it's not so obvious, then I really don't know what will happen. Harry will die or he'll kill Voldemort and survive? All we know is that he has to break all the remaining horcruxes... Wish to read it soon.
