With all the news today about the upcoming Harry Potter film, actor Daniel Radcliffe discusses how he has prepared for his role this time around by meeting with a grief counselor so that he could understand survivor's guilt which is so prevalent in the book.
Daniel on understanding his role in Order of the Phoenix.
Sirius is clinging on to James (Harry's father and Sirius' best friend) through me, and I'm trying to know my father through him. The same thing happens with me and Cho. I was the last person there when her last boyfriend, Cedric, was killed.

Wow. I think it's great that he's doing all this background research and preparation for the movie. It's amazing to see the dedication that the actors put into getting their portrayal of their characters correct. I can't wait for the movie to come out!

I'm impressed with how serious Dan is taking his role for OoTP. He is putting more stake into his character's emotions; etc than some of the adult actors who have admitted that they've never even read the Harry Potter books.

Well, What can I say? For me, Daniel is Harry Potter! When I read the books, I imagine Harry Potter to look as Daniel Radcliffe. he really does a great job in the films!
