No 'Sirius' deal yet, says Oldman's manager

Gary Oldman has not yet been presented with or signed a contract to appear in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, HPANA has confirmed.
Despite a recent statement from the studio, we have learned and double-confirmed that no agreement has been made.
"At this time Gary Oldman is not set to appear in the next Potter film," manager Doug Urbanski told HPANA. "I cannot explain why the studio confirmed his appearance."
It's unlikely Oldman wouldn't reprise his role as Sirius Black in the fifth film.
Note: This does not imply he won't be in the movie, just that there's no current definitive agreement for him to appear.

Oh my god!! I mean what would Order of the Phoeniz do with out the original Sirius? I mean?? I hope they dont change him , but most of all I hope he does wish to come back, well I dont think he wont, I mean, he came back for Goblet of Fire where he appears ñike two seconds with his face in the fire, why wouldnt he come back for this one if he's going to be more importanta that before....??? I really do hope that he signs for Order of the Phoenix, well I guess we all do.....

Hope Oldman sign and gain his role as Siruis, cause if a different actor will play his part that is not good.
Whatever happens the producer must do something to make him play the role again!!!

I hope that he is in the movie, it would be awful if they cut sirius out. Im pretty sure that they wouldnt do that because he has a big role, maybe they want someone else, but Gary Oldman is perfect!

What the---?! I am shocked that WB released this information without having a contract signed. It is totally not like them at all. Usually we hear from the actors themselves that they were cast or are returning before WB confirms. We all really want Oldman back, of course. And our hopes are all up and everything! I hope they pull through with a contract.
