This morning news comes from across the pond of additional casting
for Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.
The role of Amelia Bones will be played by Sian Thomas, recently seen in Vanity Fair, the Dursleys will be back in full form, Charles Hughes will be a young Wormtail and Susie Shinner will portray a young Lily Potter.
Also Dudley's gang members will consist of Jason Boyd as Piers Polkiss and Richard Macklin as Malcolm. Auror Dawlish will be played by Richard Leaf and Nick Shim has been cast as Zacharias Smith.

Sorry, bitter comment. But the studio and the Oldman crew need to get it together and get that straightened out. I'd die if it came out at the last minute that he wasn't going to be in the picture.

It's good that they are having the Dursleys in this movie. I was so upset that they were not in OotP. The actors were such sweethearts during their PoA interview.

Wow, the casts are flowing in! I think she looks pretty good for the part, but its Duds I wanna see. It'll be funny. I'm glad that they didn't cut out the Dursleys scnes this time.

Yay for them all! It think Sian Thomas will do quite well as Amelia Bones; I'm especially glad that they're not planning to cut her out like they did Ludo Bagman! (still getting over that...)
As for the Dursleys, I'm really happy that they're back. It'd be weird without them. They're really important to the plot, especially in OotP.
Can't wait to see Zacharias Smith, and all the other DA members. And the Room of Requirement should be cool to see too. And I really can't wait to see young Peter Pettigrew and Lily Evans!
I wonder who'll play young Sirius and James. I honestly think it'd be a good idea for Daniel Radcliffe to play young James; they're supposed to be almost identical, aren't they?
Anyway, happy about the casting news! Can't wait for the movie to come out!

It's true, if Harry's supposed to look so much like his father, then Daniel Radcliffe should be the obvious choice. They could change his eyes slightly with special effects, couldn't they?

Yeah they needed room for other things, but people I knew who have never had the books were very confused! And congrats to everyone who got casted. Everyone looks like they will do the part justise!!! OotP is going to rock!
