Hmm, I would say that GoF would win in the best british movie because those movies are not really that great. The only problem is the other nomination. King Kong and Serenimy might be an easy beat but not Narnia and especially not Star Wars. I do hope that they win since it'll be an awesome award. But I will understand if they don't win since they'll be up against two great movies.

I think GoF's biggest competition will be Star Wars in the first category, and Pride & Prejudice in the second. It should definitely win both, though!

Good luck. Definitely think it will beat win the British film one. But in the other one, it has to beat Star Wars, Narnia and King Kong. (Sorry, NZer so kind of leaning towards the last two, both directed by kiwis).

Hmm looks like tough competition in both categories. I think the sci-fi one is espcially hard; those were some good movies. Pride and PRejudice may win the other one.

Goblet's a great film, but in the first section, I reckon Narnia should win. It was absolutely brilliant (and made in NZ. Talk about perfect scenery!). In the second section, Pride & Predjudice was easily the best. Sorry!
