Warner Home Video announced
earlier this evening that approximately 5 million copies of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire were sold in North America on the first day. Business is expected to continue through the Spring making the film's franchise one of the best selling DVD franchises in history.
Ron Sanders, President, Warner Home Video said:
We knew fans really connected with this installment in the Harry Potter series, and that continued loyalty to the franchise has carried over to these phenomenal DVD sales figures.

I still don't have my copy, because I've been really busy! I don't think I'll be able to get it today eiter, cause I have musical practice. Don't think I'll be able to get it tomorrow either cause I might go see one of my friend's musicals. Saturday might be free if my friend doesn't need my help with a video project, which he probably will. Then there's Sunday, which is booked as well. Well, at least until the afternoon. Then I think I might be able to finally get it.

One of those was mine. I cannot believe what a great movie this is. The more I watch it, the better it gets. There is so much I missed when I saw it in the theater. I guess I was stunned by the special effects.
