In some recent
promotion for the latest Harry Potter DVD in the UK, producer David Heyman said that fans can be expected a trailer from the fifth movie "some time towards the end of the year" and that the film "will probably come out in the summer or autumn of 2007, with Half-Blood Prince set to follow in 2008."
Daniel also let CBBC Newsround know that the kiss between Harry and Cho had to be rescheduled due to him being sick but joked "Katie escaped, but I will get her."
UPDATE: Thanks to Cora for pointing out that you can win a signed DVD copy of Goblet of Fire courtesy of CBBC Newsround. The DVD is signed by Daniel, Rupert and Emma and will be given to one winner, a runner-up will receive a bagful of Goblet of Fire goodies. It's going really fast! A trailer in 2006 would be a plus in that year, we know that 2007 will be a bery big year as we expect the 7th book and the 5th movie! I just hope that the original cast will do all the movies related... 2008 for HBP, so Emma would be 18 to cast a 17th girl... that sounds great!

I am getting a bit nervous about the movies coming out so (relatively) quickly, since book 7 is looming. I had been thinking: at least we'll have the movies to look forward to after all the excitement of the series (book) ending. Can't we stretch it all out for a few more years? (This from someone who waited very impatiently for HBP!)
