With just a week on sale Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire has become the fastest selling
DVD ever in the UK.
According to CBBC Newsround:
Just under three copies flew off the shelves every second during the first six days of its release.
And on the very first day it hit the shops, Monday 20 March, six copies were being sold every second.
In total it has now sold 1.4 million copies making it the seventh biggest selling DVD movie of all time according to the Official Charts Company.

I got my copy for my birthday a few days ago and I have watched it about 3 times already. It is odd that America gets it before the UK does, since most of the film is filmed there and all. I personally love the special features and interviews with the cast. It makes you want to be an actor or actress.

The best is yet to come. The movies are going to keep getting bigger budgets, more fans, and therefore better. The actors have steadily improved and impressed us. The stuff is good but the stuff to come is great. I'm not surprised the DVD is doing so well in the UK; it deserves every bit of it.
