Actor Jim McManus
will portray the bit part of Albus Dumbledore's brother Aberforth in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, according to The Leaky Cauldron.
The unnamed bartender at the Hog's Head in Phoenix (who we later learn is Aberforth) witnesses the inaugural meeting of the student-led Dumbledore's Army there.

Thats kind of ridiculous that that part is in but others will be cut for us to see Aberforth. There are so many better parts. You could fit in more quiditch for example.

If hes not definetly the guy, im sure the chap that plays Dumbledore should play both parts, apart from wear a wig so Aberforth's hair is a slight different colour

I'm not familiar with this actor. I will have to see what other films he has been in before I can say ya or nay to the choice that was made, but for the most part most of the actors have done well in their given roles.
