Rupert Grint (aka Ron Weasley) from the Harry Potter movies is in New York this weekend to attend a showing of his movie
Driving Lessons at this year's Tribeca Film Festival.
Last night Rupert attended an event at the festival, also in attendance was actress Laura Linney who portrays his mother in his new film. You can see some photos from the event here courtesy of Wire Image.
Rupert will attend the 8:30 pm showing tonight of his movie and tickets may be available at the door (no promise of availability). If you attend please let us know by sending some photos our way.

W00t! GO Rupert, I am glad that he got to try other kinds of acting than Harry Potter. I use to hate it when i would see main actors in series of movies play in other roles because for some reason I thought it was dishonest to who you were working for. Weird huh?

The more Rupert photos, the better. I am in love with Rupert so much you people have no idea. I wanna see his movie so bad, but I don't think its showing in movie theatres in the US, other than the Tribeca Film Festival, or atleast thats what I heard. Way to go Rupert, I heard your movie was amazing, I am sure it was, since you are amazing.
