A newly discovered dinosaur species has been named 'Dracorex hogwartsia' after the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, made popular in JK Rowling's Harry Potter books.
In a special

Wow. They should have named it Malfoy something instead of Hogwarts since you've got the "Draco" built right in, but that is really awesome. JKR must be psyched out of her gord.

If I were JKR, I would cry with my gratitude. Think about it -- your character and imaginary castle are so well-known that fossilized remains of a dinosaur is named after your creations, and will be so forever more. How cool is that?

That's really kinda dorky. It's good, but really? A dinosaur? What do they have to do with Harry Potter? Maybe if it was a dragone, Now that would be cool.

What?! That is hilarious, they should incorporate it into one of the movies for a joke. I can't believe it. So does that mean that the person who named it was a HP fan.

Dracorex hogwartsia
Wouldn't it be incredible if this turned out to be some sort of "missing link," or other really important find.
Then children in the future would have to learn about this dinosaur.

This is a phenomenon. To have a dinosaur named after your work. What an honor to JK Rowling and her family.
To be honest (apart from my fascination and admiration to the HP series), this is an odd name. Dracorex hogwartsia The first thing that came up in mind is just ?????????????
