Audio version of 'HBP' inducted into APA's Hall of Fame

The audio version of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, narrated by Jim Dale
, has become the first book inducted into the Audio Publishers Association's brand-new Hall of Fame.
The APA's 11th Audie Awards ceremonies was held at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C on Friday, May 19 and had more than 700 entries with more than 100 judges.

I am so glad to see the recognition of the works this way. The auido versions are a great way to enjoy the books. They provide a full version of the book compared to the movies and give you someone else's interpretation of the book. I have both Jim Dale's versions and Stephen Fry's. Both are different in delivery and excellent entertaininment.

I have never listened to the audio version of the books. I dont think I would like someone elses voice attached to the characters other than my own mind's and the actors.
