HMMMM... It opens the door to even more questions, doesn't it??? I wonder if the fact that one can turn Magic away like that will be pivotal to the plot??? It doesn't tell us if she just didn't use magic, or if she really turned Muggle.

My life as a Muggle. Hilarious. There would be a book named that, wouldn't there. I'm sure Arthur Weasley would wait in line for a signed copy of that one. Tilden Toots sounds like a pretty awesome guy. Although I'm not sure I've ever heard of a celebrity gardener.
