The Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire DVD has won
three Home Entertainment awards. The awards for 'DVD Extras of the Year from a Major Studio' and 'Sell-Through Title of the Year from a Major Studio' where given out this week at the VSDA's Home Entertainment 2006 which is currently taking place in Las Vegas.
The DVD also won an award for 'Best Overall Presentation - Theatrical Release.'
The Home Entertainment Awards are presented by the Entertainment Merchants Association (EMA) in recognition of outstanding achievement in home video.

great to see some good awards for Harry Potter... I mean the DVD is really good, I mean the movie we already knew that, but the extras and all... I think Harry Potter DVds are really good overall!
I hope they get a few more awards and they get tons for the new movie!

Yay! Im glad its won some more awards so long after its release :) Its still got it. I waqs dissapointed with the things on the dvd myself, wanted more extra scenes, hopefully theyll make a new edition with more on :) Congrats.

I still enjoy this DVD even when I have watched it numerous times. it really is fun and I love the moaning myrtle parts!
She is hysterical.
i wish the dragon scene was longer though.

No surprises at all for me.The Harry Potter movies have always been big on DVD and always will be so any other film has got no chance of winning as long as the HP dvds are still here.
