This morning many Harry Potter fans woke to reports that Warner Bros. had announced a release date of November 21, 2008 for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.
You may remember that in March David Heyman mentioned that Half-Blood Prince was set for 2008.
Numerous sites are reporting the release date:
posted a list of movie release dates, pointing out that Warner Bros. had Harry Potter and
the Order of the Phoenix and Ocean's Thirteen as its two major summer releases for 2007. The sixth movie, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, will be released on November 21st.Please note that no information about the movie, director or actors has been announced. We will update with any news we receive from Warner Bros. in reference to this date. Thanks to everyone who emailed.

Oh yes, that works pretty good, so the actors won't be too old and all when the last two come out. I hope it does, being as we already know what happens, seeing it in the movies is now a big thought on my mind. OotP as well of course, my favorite Harry Potter book.

I'm really suprised to hear a release dat for HBP this early. I was expecting more news about the 7th book. I guess the next few years are going to be busy for us Potterheads. Movie book movie, sounds good to me but what on Earth are we going to do when it is all over?

Well, aren't we getting a little ahead of ourselves right now? Heh, if that really is the correct date, it's kinda odd that we got it so fast, before we even get a clip from OotP? We just (practically) got the release date for OotP and we're getting this already? Hmm, I'll wait for Warner Bros. to say something first.
