Last week we mentioned
that many entertainment sites had posted a release date for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Warner Bros. has confirmed for HPANA that the movie will be released on November 21, 2008, 16 months after Order of the Phoenix.
Even though this is the earliest fans have been given news about an upcoming Potter movie, please note that no additional information has been released - which means no director, no cast and certainly no composer.

Oh, how wonderful! I was beginning to worry that they might not complete the series but there is new hope now. The Half Blood Prince release is wonderful but I however being a bigger book fan than movie fan am anticipating the 7th book much more than the next two movies. Sorry Guy!

Wow! Only 16 months? Hopefully, Daniel, Rupert and Emma won't do too much growing in that time.

What? They have the release date and nothing else about the movie? Well, I guess it's probably suject to change - they can't be that organized. Suppose the director they choose is fast, or wants to spend more time on the Inferi scene? There are some really different things in that one, they need to find ..oops, they already have Tom Riddle. Whoohoo, he's back! Haha, Tom Riddle and Tom Felton are good people that turn bad.
