Harry Potter author JK Rowling and actor Alan Rickman attended today's premiere of Alan's film "Snow Cake" at the Edinburgh International Film Festival

You can view some pictures of JKR, Rickman and others who attended here.
On another note, Rupert Grint and Julie Walter's movie Driving Lessons will premiere on Friday, August 25th at the festival.

That's cool that JK was there supporting Alan. I just read the review of the film today in Empire Magazine. They said it was "fantastically acted" and gave it four out of five stars. It's released in England on September 8th. Awesome.
