A few weeks ago we let you know
that Harry Potter actor Daniel Radcliffe would be presenting at this years AFI awards in Australia. A new interview with Dan has appeared online in which he discusses briefly both Order of the Phoenix and December Boys..

Thanks for the second interview! I think it was so interesting, especially the part about religion, it must be really particular to grow between two religions, I think that's good because it kind of gives you an objective point of view, and you learn to respect all different beliefs.
And man, Dan knows so much about Austrlian films!!!!! impressive!

I bet you he got tons of gift during the holidays. I mean there is Christmas and then there is Hanukkah. That is one part of Dan I wasn't expecting to hear. He always seemed to keep religion to himself.

Calm Bliss, I think that's something good, it shows he is a sincere person, who is not afraid and who has not anything to hide. And for example, I don't understand the tabu some people have with certain subjects, I think religion is a beatuful thing to talk about, we just have to respect each other. :)

It spooks me that Dan wants Harry to die! When the interviewer asked if he thought he would be one of the people to die, Dan replied, "I like to think so, yes....I don't know if there's any other way she could possibly end the series, really."
And the in the bit they showed on A Current Affair last night, he said, Every actor really wants to do a big death scene....(didn't record last night's interview, so can't quote it verbtim).
I hope he's wrong!

In the Herald Sun yesterday Dan said he liked Melbourne better than Sydney - HA! Take that you Sydney siders! (Don't worry folks, Melbourne and Sydney have always been competitive towards each other!)
But why was Dan wearing black in Chapel Street? It's been bloody hot all week! Silly englishman!
Can't bloody wait for December Boys, it will be awesome for the rest of the world to give Australia well over due credit when it comes to our films!
