In a piece about the sequel movies that are coming out this year a short description by Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix director David Yates describes the movie as "... the most emotionally complex one so far" and that the movie has "has all of the whiz-bang whistles and bells as well." A new picture featuring Harry accompanies the snippet.

Yes, the books definitely get more emotional as the rpogress so the movies shoudl as well. I like the pic, (looks like there are some other good movies coming out this summer as well! ALthough I am most excited for ootP!)

Of course! They're getting intot the "nitty-gritty" stuff. All the good stuff with better stuff yet to come. I really want to see the Dursley & DD scene that happens at the begining of book 6. The best is yet to come...as long as the producer doesn't kill it!

We might rent it, but I'm not wasting my money at the theater when there are other things that I would MUCH rather see. I am really excited about HP and POTC, but I am looking forward to Shrek the Third and the Simpson's too. :o)

Yes indeed! Harry is going through a lot of emotions in this book and he's going through it alone. Gosh I wish his mother were here to love and comfort him and his father to guide and give him understanding. I know it's just fiction, but to think if it were true, Harry as a small child, hurt or scared, to received NO love or affection at ALL in his life, it's horrific. I hope Voldemort dies!

Yates really seems to get the whole HP world and I can't wait to see his interpretation of OoTP. I'm looking forward to having the visual aspect of the story.
Kind of fun seeing Harry next to Homer Simpson. Maybe in some
grotesque future they can share the spotlight with one another.

I think although it is emotional, it's not as emotional as HBP!! No way, I cried for a little while after reading HBP....well not after, but during a certain chapter......:(
