Emma Watson, Hermione, from the Harry Potter movies has been added
to "Sweet 16" magazines "16 Sweetest Stars 16 and Under" list. Emma joins such stars as Dakota Fanning, Freddie Highmore, Emma Roberts and Jamie Lynn Spears.
Mary Lou Carney, Sweet 16's Editor-in-Chief said of all those on the list:
We considered a large number of Hollywood's hottest actors, actresses, and recording artists for this special feature.
Those who made the list are the young teens who not only have big talent, but big hearts. These are truly the 'nice kids' of Hollywood!
The full list will be featured in the February/March issue of the magazine and if you happen to scan a copy of the article please send our way. Thanks to SnitchSeeker for the link.
UPDATE: Thanks to E-W.net for letting us know that they have received a scan of the article featuring Emma.

Not only am I happy for Emma, but I'm happy to see that there is a magazine out there promoting wholesome information for teen girls and one that seems interested in carefully choosing who they consider role models for today's teen girls. I am going to check out this magazine for my daughter!

I like Dakota Fanning and Freddie Highmore and Annasophia Robb, and, of course, Emma Watson, but the rest seem to be Disney channel stars and the such. While I'm fine with these kids, I see it as two different lists...the movie kids and the TV kids. I guess they all fit under the 16 category, but I wouldn't put them all together otherwise.

That is so wonderful for Emma but also for teenage fans every where. It is so nice to see that finally someone out there values being "nice" and likes to praise and recognize girls who are truely "nice" and "sweet".
