According to a report
on an Irish web site, scouts from Warner Bros. have recently visited Ireland viewing possible locations to film Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince.
The report states that Warner Bros. are interested in finding new locations because they have now exhausted possible locations in Britain.
Of course, as always, please treat this as a rumor until confirmed and we will update accordingly.

I wander if they will move filming over there.....There wouldn't be much of a difference really, but they have changed the school a few times and i much prefered the first school, it's how i imagined it, but the second school was too weird for me!
If they change it, i hope they stick to descriptions from the book more closely!

It would be cool if HBP cave scene was Fingals cave. But I would have thought that there were plenty of outdoor locations that would be appropriate in England Wales & Scotland too.

I think they should put some money back into the film and shoot in Scotland and England. Not because it is expensive but for payback to all the fans that supported your last 4 movies and made you rich! The book was written that way so do it. You got us used to the nice scenery in Scotland, use it in the movie.
